Fulghum Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the commissioning of two newly installed 170-foot, 45-ton log cranes as part of Comact’s modernization project for Canfor Southern Pine. These cranes are set to be integral in supplying logs to Canfor Southern Pine’s new lumber manufacturing facility in Axis, AL. Certification for the first crane was completed on October 25, 2024, with the second crane following suit and becoming operational on March 13, 2025.
