Job Purpose:
The Welder will perform SMAW and FCAW welding and cutting using gas and electric welding equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Inspect work and fixtures, work from blueprints, and set up and weld parts as called for by shop drawings.
- Set and maintain proper welding temperatures, wire feeds, and gas setting to produce quality welds.
- Monitors the welding, burning and fitting process to ensure parts are not overheated, damaged by warping, distortion, expansion, or shrinkage.
- Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of the use of measuring tools, welding techniques, and manufacturing process.
- Basic understand of mathematics as related to welding assignments.

Job Purpose:
The Machinist 2 will plan and execute assignments using machine tools ranging from lathes to milling machines and CNC machines to enhance the productivity of our organization. This will include quality checks and monitoring machine output for the manufacturing of equipment, parts and structures in the forest products industry.
Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains drill press, lathe and milling machines.
- Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, manuals and schematics to ensure accurate production.
- Complete calculations quickly, such as dimensions and tolerances of materials.
- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.
- Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
- Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.
- Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.
- Works with costly metals where possibility of damage or spoilage is high.
- Maintains a safe operation of equipment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Machine tool certification/diploma preferred.
- Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Purpose:
The Field Service Technician will provide our customers with on-site diagnosis, setup, maintenance, installation of systems, repair equipment, and assist in the manufacturing shop as needed. They assist customers in troubleshooting issues with production and equipment in person and via phone, email, and text. The Field Service Technician will assist customers with planning and performing preventative maintenance. They provide support for other departments to accurately quote and estimate parts and service.
Responsibilities:
- Install new equipment, and perform tests to ensure proper function; this requires an extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Educate customers on proper function and maintenance of their equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide estimates and quotes on service and parts.
- Complete and maintain detailed reports on the services performed and expenses.
- Explain problems and potential solution options to customers.
- Work as a team with other technicians, construction workers, project managers, and contractors
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Hands-on field service experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems is preferred.
- Ability to install, repair, test, and troubleshoot parts and equipment.
- Must be able to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with little direction on a daily basis.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel on short notice.

Job Purpose:
The Parts Room Clerk maintains production by inventorying and disbursing supplies and equipment. Accepts shipments and ships product by unloading, loading, and verifying shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Receives items by unpacking containers, unloading vehicles; accepting deliveries.
- Verifies items received by inspecting condition of items, comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list, and noting discrepancies.
- Maintains inventory by marking and placing items in stock, establishing inventory reorder points, reporting items to be re-ordered.
- Documents inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses, and removals of items.
- Keep product storage area neat and orderly. Keep products segregated by jobs.
- Processes orders from requisitions and dispense items from stock.
- Load equipment for the safe, cost effective and productive movement of product, tools and supplies to customers and job sites; minimizing damage to product or carrier's equipment.
- Stage equipment for loading.
- Locate, and prepare for shipping all required ship loose items.
- Periodically check production of product.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with carriers, drivers, and customers; coordinate with engineering for resource information as needed.
- Prepare shipping bills, prints, and manuals.
- Coordinate with production and quality control for completion schedule ship ready time.
- Coordinate with carriers on loads, required equipment needed, size and weight of product, loading and delivery time and date.
- Coordinate with customers, construction, and project management for delivery of product.
- Handle any and all tasks required to safely and cost effectively move our products, tools, supplies from our shipping location or our vendor's location to our customer or job site.
- Fills item requests by issuing/delivering items.
- Maintains inventory operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Prepare packages to be returned to the supplier or sent out for repair.
- Issues materials from storeroom and obtains material requisition slips for each item.
- Take periodic inventories, as determined by company policy.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- GED or High School diploma.
- One or three years direct/relevant experience in Shipping/Receiving/Inventory handling.
- Must have excellent attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledgeable of forest products machinery and parts.
- Must have industrial experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklift.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Have a strong understand of logistics and supply chain with the ability to work closely with freight carriers.

Job Purpose:
The Fitter is responsible to build high-quality metal components and equipment. The Fitter will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fabricating metal components or structures, and performing quality checks on finished products. The Fitter may also be required to set up fabricating machines and design custom templates.

- Conforming with state and company safety regulations.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- GED or High School diploma.
- Previous work experience as a metal fabricator.
- Must have excellent attendance and ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
- AWS certification and advanced welding experience.
- Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
