Fulghum Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the commissioning of two newly installed 170-foot, 45-ton log cranes for Comact’s modernization project for Big River Forest Products. These cranes are set to be integral in supplying logs to Big River’s largest facility in Gloster, MS, which has an annual production capacity of 300MMBF of high-quality dimensional lumber. Certification for the first crane was completed on April 11, 2024, with the second crane following suit and becoming operational on August 29, 2024.
